Track Sawing
The track sawing system is usually used for cutting vertical reinforced concrete structures or for cuts on steep inclines when a floor saw is unsuitable. The most common application is cutting out new window and door openings.
Precise cuts are made by fixing a rigid track parallel to the cut line to which the saw head and diamond blade are attached. The blade is then fed in and traversed along the track by remote control achieving consistent accuracy and leaving smooth perfectly formed edges. The track sawing system can be broken down into small manageable parts making it easy to transport around site. A 2000mm blade can be mounted on our most powerful track saw, which can cut to an impressive 915mm deep.
