Track sawing is particularly effective for vertical reinforced concrete structures or cuts on steep inclines where traditional floor sawing methods are impractical. A primary application includes cutting new window and door openings through reinforced concrete walls with precision.
The process involves securing a rigid track parallel to the cut line, to which the saw head and diamond blade are attached. Operated remotely, the blade is fed in and traversed along the track, achieving consistent accuracy and leaving smooth, perfectly formed edges. The track sawing system is modular, facilitating easy transport around the site. Our most powerful track saw accommodates a 2000mm blade, capable of cutting up to 915mm deep.
Our track saws are powered by robust 3-phase 400v motors. In instances where no suitable site electric supply is available, we offer a road-tow generator for uninterrupted operation.
